For patients

Starting Mounjaro or Wegovy? Here's what happens next.

Your prescriber has set you up with Cadence to support you through your treatment. This is what the app does, how to use it, and what it won't try to replace.

Daily Check-ins

Each day, the app asks you a few short questions about how you're feeling. It takes under a minute. Your responses help your prescriber spot any concerns early — and help you see your own progress over time.

Injection Cycle Guidance

The app tracks where you are in your dosing cycle and gives you clear, timely reminders. No more guessing when to inject or wondering if you've missed a window.

Q&A Support

Have a question at 10pm on a Sunday? The app's support tool covers the most common concerns about Mounjaro and Wegovy — side effects, dosing questions, what's normal, what's not. Written by clinicians, not generated on the fly.

Direct Line to Your Prescriber

If something doesn't look right, your prescriber sees it. Cadence flags concerns automatically, so your care team knows when to reach out — you don't have to figure out whether something is worth calling about.

How to get started

1

Click your link

Your prescriber will send you a secure link by email when you start your medication. Tap it on your phone or computer — no app download, no password, no hassle.

2

Complete your intake

Answer a short set of questions about your health baseline. It takes about five minutes and helps your prescriber give you better support throughout the programme.

3

Start your programme

From day one, the app guides you through your treatment. Check in daily, follow the cycle guidance, and use the Q&A tool whenever you need it. Your prescriber can see how you're getting on.
