£1.50 per active patient per month, falling to £0.50 at scale, with a £50 monthly minimum and no setup fee. The whole rate card is below — so you can see what you'd pay at any size before you talk to us.
What you'd pay
Your rate falls as your service grows. Rates are tiered, so your bill never drops as you add patients.

£50 monthly minimum. It covers you up to around 33 active patients, then the per-patient rate takes over.
How the tiers are calculated
Each rate applies only to the patients in that band, the same way income tax bands work. A service with 750 patients pays £1.50 on the first 500 and £1.25 on the next 250.
National chains and online pharmacies
The card runs all the way up. A service supporting 10,000 patients is on £1.00 per patient per month; at 100,000 it's £0.50. Above that we'll agree a rate with you directly, alongside implementation, data residency and integration into your existing stack.
This is the same card every customer sees, from a single-site independent upwards. Volume earns a lower rate; nothing else does.
